I have ed, and was diagnosed with low testosterone as the cause. I am taking shots for the low hormones, but I still cannot get an erection.
The doctor gave me Cialis, but I havent tried it yet because I was under the impression that you have to be able to have an erection for it to work.
So, my question is… If I cant get an erection at all, is there any benefit of trying the cialis?
Chosen Answer:
You need both and that’s why the doctor prescribed them. Low testosterone will keep you from getting an erection and maintaining one if you do get one and it is also responsible for your libido. If your testosterone is too low you will lose all desire for sex (libido) and you need the desire to make the Cialis work. You have to be sexually stimulated for the Cialis to work. It’s not a magic pill. You will have to take the injections for at least 6 to 8 weeks before it kicks in and makes you horny again and you should be taking at least 100 mg per week, or 200mg every 2 wks, etc.
